We have a 14-day return policy,
any returns outside the 14 day policy is store/ online credit
PLEASE NOTE ** if you choose to collect and leave for longer than 10 days item is available for EXCHANGE ONLY or credit to account
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
IF NO NOTE IS IN BAG WITH ORDER NAME/ ORDER NUMBER. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. we will not know who the item is off, so please bare this in mind, so please make sure a note is on bag or contact us immediately if one is missing,

Damages and issues

If you receive an item that is faulty the customer care team need to be notified WITHIN 48 HOURS VIA EMAIL with your name and order number and photo of the fault, and we will make it right :) thanks you
